| Q | What Format are the Movies in? |
| A | Windows Media High Definition (1440x1080), Standard Definition (720x576) and DivX Standard Definition (720x400) |
| Q | The High Definition WMV files look 'squashed' sideways, Why? |
| A | You need to have the
latest version of Windows Media Player as the older versions do not seem to
show them in true widescreen format. Latest Windows Media Player available

| Q | I cannot see the flash trailers on the individual movie details page, what do I do? |
| A | If you are using Internet Explorer a yellow bar will appear at the top saying that Active X has been blocked for security. Click that bar and allow Active X to run. The movie will then appear in the top left box. Alternatively use another browser such as Firefox. |
| Q | How Often do you Update? |
| A | We update the galleries once a week on a Tuesday (with stills from the next movie) and the movies once a week on a Friday. |
